From 610: If traveling west, you will merge onto I-10 to Beltway 8 and turn right onto Westheimer. Continue on Westheimer to Hayes. Turn Left onto Hayes road. Windemere is on the left directly after the stop sign.. From Highway 6, heading northbound towards I-10: You will make a right onto Westheimer, continue on to Hayes Rd. You will make a right onto Hayes Road. Windemere is on the left directly after the stop sign accross from Shell gas station. Follow signs to the leasing office, under the blue awnings, where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
